There are two weight loss protocols that people use with Clenbuterol spray

Repeat this cycle until you reach your ideal dosage (maximum 4 sprays per day). Hold this dose until the two week cycle is finished and then take a two week break and start the rotation all over again. Continuous Use
Here you start with 1 spray each day for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Then increase to 2 sprays each day and hold that dosage for the next 2 to 3 weeks.
