Usage
There are a few different methods for using the Clen Pen but they all start with the basics:
- Spray under the tongue
- Hold for a minute before swallowing
- Best results will happen when combined with diet and exercise
- Maximum dosage 4 sprays per day
Two Week Rotation: Start with one spray and then increase the dosage every few days until you reach your required dosage. Hold this dosage for the last couple days of the cycle. At the end of the two weeks stop usage for two weeks and repeat the cycle until you hit your weight loss goal. This is one of the most common weight loss cycles.
Continuous Use: Start with 1 spray per day for the first two to three weeks. Then increase dosage to two sprays per day for the next two to three weeks. Continue to increase by one spray and hold for the following 2 to 3 weeks. This cycle repeats until you hit maximum dosage or your weight loss goal. The results are not as dramatic as the two week rotation but they are more steady and continuous.
